Introduction! day 1 food blog

Hello, everyone! welcome to my food blog.

Okay, what is the purpose of this blog? why am I going to blog of what I eat.... I'll tell you why cause' I notice when I blog about what I eat each day. I tend to loose weight. It really does help. So I figure why not blog it online. I just to have a food journal. But, my baby boy took over and use it as for his coloring book.

So, this is going to be a blog of me keeping track of what I eat everyday. So let's start by telling you how much I weight. Well, I haven't weight myself but, I assume I weight about 119 pounds for been 5 foot even. >_> If this food blog works I will show you my results. I will take a picture of myself later on this week. If I end up losing weight I will show you the before and after.

Therefore, let's get started:

Morning: 1 1/2 chorizo and egg burrito
Lunch: Lentils Soup and rice
Snack: Flan
Dinner: 1 strip of barbecue pork, crackers, mango juice


I guess that's what I ate today. See ya tomorrow!

  1. This is definitely a good way of watching what you eat :) You should do tutorials on some home made food recipes -- I need to learn how to cook ;( haha.
